Is Pure Souls free?
Yes. You can talk with the souls and be introduced to people without paying anything. Premium is optional: it adds richer conversations, more introductions, more insights, faster replies and a higher daily message limit.
What is a soul?
A soul is one of the personas you can talk to on Pure Souls. Each has a personality and a life of their own: a volcanologist, a crisis negotiator, a deep-sea pilot and more. You can message them anytime, about anything, and they open up as your friendship grows.
Are the souls real people?
No. The souls are personas we created, there to talk whenever you like. The people we introduce you to, your kin, are real.
How do introductions work?
As you talk, Pure Souls picks up on how you sound and what matters to you, and your vibe takes shape. When it lines up with someone else's, we introduce you to each other. There's no swiping and no browsing, and you each see the other's profile only then.
What do I need before I can be introduced?
An account, a few basics (your age, your gender, and the gender and age range of the people you'd like to meet) and a quick age check with a photo ID. Pure Souls is for adults only.
Who can read my conversations?
No one else. Your conversations with your souls stay between you and them. They only shape your own insights and introductions, and you can see or erase what we've learned at any time.
Can I delete everything?
Yes. Deleting your account in Settings permanently removes your profile, your data and all your conversations.
Which languages does Pure Souls speak?
28, from English, Spanish and German to Japanese, Korean and Thai. It follows your browser's language, and you can change it in Settings. In a chat with someone who writes in another language, you can turn on translation for that conversation.
Where can I use it?
In any web browser, on your phone or your computer. Apps for iPhone and Android are on their way.
