How we keep Pure Souls safe
Pure Souls is for adults who want someone to talk to and, when it fits, someone new to meet. Here's what we do to keep it a good place to be, and what you can do too.
Adults only
You need to be 18 or over to use Pure Souls. Before we introduce you to anyone, we confirm your age with a quick check of a photo ID and a selfie, run by our verification partner. Only your age appears on your profile, never your date of birth.
Introductions, not a catalog
Nobody can browse other people's profiles. We introduce two people when their vibes line up, and they see each other's profile then, and not before. Whether to say hello is always up to you.
Report and block, from anywhere
Every profile, chat and introduction has a report button, and you can block anyone from the same place. Reports of exploitation, sexual harm or fraud are looked at first.
Nobody should ask you for money
No one on Pure Souls should ever ask you for money, gifts, gift cards or bank details, whatever the story. If someone does, report them and stop replying.
Your conversations stay yours
Your conversations with your souls stay between you and them. No one else reads them. They only shape your own insights and introductions, and you can see or erase what we've learned at any time. Deleting your account removes everything for good.
If you're going through a hard time
Pure Souls isn't a mental health service and can't help in an emergency. If you or someone else is in danger, contact your local emergency services. If you need to talk to someone now, findahelpline.com lists free, confidential helplines in your country.
